Mr. Rosen has practiced law in Florida since 1987. He brings a wealth of trial experience to the table and has litigated cases in both state and federal courts throughout Florida. He has been certified as a Circuit Court mediator by the Florida Supreme Court since 2005. In addition, he is available to serve as a court qualified arbitrator.
